Order Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly to get K9Clean to you as fast as possible. Please read this policy carefully — cancellation windows are short.

Standard Orders

You may cancel a standard order within 2 hours of placing it. Email support@k9clean.shop with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line.

After the Cancellation Window

Once an order has entered our fulfillment queue we're unable to cancel it. You may still return the product under our Refund Policy after it arrives.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders can be paused, skipped, or cancelled from your account. See our Subscription Policy for details.

Cancellation Due to Fraud or Errors

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, contains pricing errors, or violates our Terms of Service. In these cases you'll receive a full refund.

Address Changes

Need to change a shipping address? Contact us within 2 hours of ordering. After that we may not be able to reroute the package.
