Welcome to the K9Clean subscription program. This policy explains how our recurring subscription service works so you know exactly what to expect.
How Subscriptions Work
When you sign up for a K9Clean subscription, we automatically ship your chosen product on the interval you selected (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days). You'll receive a reminder email a few days before each shipment.
Billing
Your payment method on file is charged on the day of each recurring order at the subscriber price. All charges are itemized on your account page and in your confirmation emails.
Managing Your Subscription
You can pause, skip, reschedule, or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account. If you need help, email support@k9clean.shop at least 2 business days before your next scheduled charge and we'll assist.
Modifications
You may change quantity, ship date, or shipping address from your account. Pricing shown at signup applies to all future orders unless we notify you of a change at least 14 days in advance.
Cancellations
Cancel any time. There are no long-term commitments and no cancellation fees. If a charge has already processed, the order will ship β you can still cancel future renewals.
Failed Payments
If a scheduled charge fails, we'll retry the payment up to 3 times over 7 days and notify you by email. If we're unable to collect payment, your subscription is paused automatically.
