Shipping Policy
All K9Clean orders ship from our fulfillment center in the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Time
Standard US delivery takes 5–7 business days from ship date. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
- Free US shipping on orders $50 and over.
- Orders under $50: flat rate $5.95.
- Subscription orders always ship free.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email support@k9clean.shop.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation. If your package is confirmed lost we'll ship a replacement at no charge.
Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
