Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of your original order delivery date. Refunds apply to the product cost only; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@k9clean.shop with your order number and reason for the refund. Our support team responds within 1 business day.

Return Instructions

For most refund requests you do not need to ship the product back — we cover the cost of any unused portion. If a return is required, we'll email you a prepaid label.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, the amount is credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll ship a replacement at no charge.

Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards and clearance items marked "final sale" are non-refundable.
